The accident occurred short- ly after 8 A.M., rafter a freezing early morning mist had made the pavement slippery and dangerous. ‘me truck. driven by Mr. George Whiotcway of Dover. had proceeded cautiously from Murray River to the top oc the hill, where before descend‘ he reduced the gear and applied the b .
