HEREAS a writ has been issued to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of ighways.” and of lithe Acts in amend- ment thereof, whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the Land through which a certain New Road is intended to be made, commencing at the East end of the Upper Westmorland Road and terminating at John McNally’s, on the Melville Road. Now, we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of said writ, by attending at the East end of the said Upper Westmorland Road, on the 15th day of June next, at the hour of 11 o'clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of Road and complete the inquest according to Law.
