tary-trensurer. The catalogue con-
tains no less than sixty pages, en-
closed in an attractive cover and
shows illustrations of the immense
from beautifully upholstered parlor
suits to children’s chaiin etc. Pianos,
organs. sewing machines, phono-
graphs, carpets, rugs,, wall paper,
curtains etc. are also shown and
described. Altogether the catalogue
is more than creditable to the firm.
Their store would be a credit to any
town, being one of the largest in the
province. The managers are also
qualitied embalmers and carry the full
equipment necessary for conducting
an up-to-dateiuneral directing busi-
ness.
"There are eleven eiectricalwelgh-
ing and packing machines in the
"Salads" Tea Company's Toronto
warehouse. A single one ot these
machines, that packs pound packages
exclusively, turned out last y_ear con-
siderably more than 1 million pounds
ol “Balada." This single machine
therelore,packs sufficient tea to sup-
ply each tamii; in Canada with one
pound annual] . The space it oc-
cupies vo only six cubic feet.
