made that mark. Then of course it
would be going at an angle the other
way. But when I was driving lt
never went. on an angle towards
that ditch at any time. I am satis-
fied I never went beyond my cen-
tre of the road. As a matter of
fact two of the jurymen measured
the road right at the car the next
day, and measured it just to the
edge of the gutter. I was standing
by them when they did it. They
found it twenty-seven feet from the
shoulder of the road. Then I asked
them to measurethe distance from.
