The ‘ tes of the lust meeting were read and adopted. Correspondence from Har- old V. White, Secretary of the Mari- time Amateur Athletic Association, in which pennlssion was given to register the tcn teams in the Mac- Licim League as one without playing certificates, but all players should hold amateur cards. ‘rho playing certificates could be issued later in the season for winners who may wish to compete in ploy-oils for the Mari- time tltle. It was moved and second- ed that. each o! the players in the MacLean Association take out amat- eur cards. The Wellington Hockey Club,‘ after much discusion, was placed in the central section. All section games must be completed be- fore Feb. 15, 1931 in order that the play-oi! games may take place be- fore the season closes. It was mov- ed and seconded that at least two home games be played, that is to say, ouch team must play the other teams in their respective rinks twice and that in case o! a. tie, home to home games with goals to count. It was suggested that an electrician be sent to the different rinks to assure that there would be sufficient light for hockey. This will be attended to at once. The matter of referees was next in order and it was passed that each section choose their own re- feree and that for ploy-of! games, the referee would be left to the dis- cretion of the executive committee. The business of the association will be canted out on the same lines as last year.
