remove the skins and pass the pulp
through it sieve. Measure and adti as
much apple juice and freeze. Serve

A fairly large cauliilowor cut into
small pieces should be boiled i'or iivf

or’ cauliflower, and mix smoothly to-
gether with a little cold vinegar, a
good tablespoonfnl cacli of dry mus-
