Bernard Grady received slight injuries on Saturday evening when he was struck while crossing the street at the bottom of Gran- ville Street. There is a step sign at this point and a car coming down failed to stop and struck Mr. Grady, dragging him along. The young man caught hold of the bumper or the car would have pass- ed right over him. The driver stop- ped the car and then backed up and went off down one of tho cross streets on Granville Street.
