Since its inception this Society- has continually sought to increase the Interest. in the growing of flowers and has suggested and en- couraged the improvement and the be-autifying of both public and private grounds in every way possible. Some discussion took place regard- ing thf- Flower Show to be held by the school boys and girls on March 2nd and tlte work contemplated in connec- tloit with tlte growing of vegetables on vacant lots. The Association placed on record its commendation oi’ the work which the boys and girls are .doing and its intention to support. their efforts in every way possible.
