MARY MYERS The departure of this life on Nov- cmber 15. of Mrs. Mary Myers was learned with deep regret by the citizens of St. Louis and surround- ing diatricts. Although in failing health for several month: her death came as a. great shock to her family and many friends. Mrs. Myers who was in her 85th year lived the most of her life in st. Louis where she was loved and respected by everyone, as her genial smile and cheerful disposition en- dcnred her to all who know her. men in her advanced age. she took a keen interest in the welfare of the community and was ever ready to lend a helping hand to any worthy cause. She was a. faithful Roman Catholic and died fortified by the last rites of the church After the death of her husbmd the late Peter Myers. 21 years ago, Mrs. Myers continued to live on the old homestead with her son Samuel Myers. and his wife who tenderly cared for her until the end.
