      the
      UPEI
      Student
      Council
      held
      its
      first
      meeting
      of
     
     
      the
      new
      year.
      At
      this
      meeting
      councilors
      discussed
      the
      idea
      of
      Starting
      a
     
     
      “building
      fund"
      in
      order
      to
      help
      finance
      a
      new
      Student
      Center
      for
      the
     
    

    
     
      future.
      The
      money
      would
      come
      from
      student
      fees
      following
      the
      comple-

      tion
      of
      the
      "Challenge
      of
      the
      Eighties".

      It
      was
      decieded
      that
      input
      from
      the
      student
      body
      was
      needed.
      If

      you
      would
      like
      to
      see
      the
      money
      go

      drop
      your
      nearest
      councilor
      a
      note,
      or
      drop
      it
      off
      at

      The
      fund
      totals
      near
      $10,000
      per
      year,
      and
      remember,
      it
      is
