IIEBEAS a Commission has been issued, directed to us, under and by virtue of an Act pasSed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of llighways;" and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of Road is intended to pass along the line dividing the Farms of Peter McKenna and Peter Ayl- worth, and through William MeCallan’s farm to the Palmer’s Road.
