AN employee of Dry Dock named Foley, working on S. S. Cohan of the Black Diamond Line, Saturday' afternoon, in the dock being repaired, was standing on the gate and slipped, falling down below to the grating. Mr. Munroe was formerly a teacher but lately was employed with Mr. \Valter Mathieson of thiscity. Last Autumn failing health compelled him- to seek a warmer climate and he went to Denver, Col. Finding no benefit from the change he returned to his home in Charlottetown where he continued to sink till yesterday when he breathed his last.
