He was l. man of splendid cher- scter and made many warm friends in city and country. There are left to moum one son, Charles D. of Charlottetown and one daughter. Mrs. Leith Wright, at whose home he passed away. Surviving him are three sisters, Mrs. Major Linkletier, Mrs. Archi- bald Linkletter, and Miss Annie Stewart, all residing at Linkletter in Prince County.
