A very fine residence has just been completed at Coveheatl tor one of the flourishing farmers, (lharles Auld. The contractor and builder of `this splendid dwelling house was James Marshall, late of Malden, Mass.. who was also the designer and- architect. The foundation was built: by Damien Gallant of Rustico who performed his work in it most satisliictory manner. The plasitering, which is a very im- portant part of every house, was done by Murdoch N. McLeod, Char- lottetown, whose well known nhility is always A guarantee to all who cm- ploy him that their work will be well done. The building is finished in the most modern style with polished hardwood floors and tirst class tinish- inz throughout the whole structure. The painting both inside and outside wus done by A. L.
