EALED TENDERS will be received at this Oflice until Thursday, the 20th, day of May next, at 12 o’clock, noon, from any person or persons being willing to furnish the Government with a fast-sailing, staunch. substantial Vessel, of not less than 50 tons burden, O. M., having good cabin accommodations for passen- gers, and being sufficiently manned, and fully and pro- perly equipped and appareled. and subject in all things to the approval of the Government. The said Vessel to be required to run once afortnight between the ports of Charlottetown. Shediac, and Cascumpec, from the first day of June next, until the Slst (lay of December, or the close of the navigation in the present year, 1869. The Tender is required to name the ace, tonnao‘e, rig and accommodations of the vessel ten cred, and also the sum which the tender will engage to perform the whole term of service for; and further, also, the names of two persons of known responsibility, who will be- come bound for the due performance of the service. All freight and passage money to be the property of the owner of the vessel. The Tender is required to express on its cover ; ‘° Tender for Charlottetown. UBLIC Notice is hereby given that Her Majesty’s Supreme Court ofJudicature, for Queen’s County, will be held at the Court House, in Charlottetown, on Tuesday, the Fourth day of May next, 1869, at the hour of Ten o’clock, forenoon, of the same day, of which all Justices, Coroners, High and Petit Constables and Bailifi‘s, will take notice, and, laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil those things which, by reason of their several offices, shall be to be done.
