Steel Magazine, reporting that today, added that metalworking executives expect the rate to go up-enough so that business would be 10 per cent greater in the sec- ond half year than in the first. Production had been climbing before the holiday-vacation season and had reached 73.5 per cent of capacity, only two or three points year which was set in January.
