May 20—(O.P.) —'I'hree brothers, all enterim med- icine at Queen's University, at dif- ferent times, and all taking high- 06¢ awards in the faculty—such is the record of three sons of Mr. and Mrs. Jamm Tweddell, Kingston. The Tweddell boys had no medi- cal background when they entered college. Their father, James Twad- dell, is chief trade instructor at Kingston penitentiary. Their grand. father was the late John Tweddell. one of Kingston's most prominent merchant tailors. Early in life they expressed a de- sine to enter the medu.-al profes- sion and in 1926 the first or three ‘ brothers—John T.—-went to Queen's. He graduated in 1931. winning med- als in medicine and surgery and a number or other awards.
