Whereas, application hath been made to this Court on the part of Clement-inn. Sobieska Beaten. Ex- ecutrix of the last Will and Testament of Donald Beat- en, deceased, aSsignee of Daniel Bre‘nan, the Plaintiff, stating that the sums of Two hundred and forty-one pounds debt, and also three pounds costs, together with interest on the said sum of Two hundred and forty-one pounds are due and owing to him on, and secured by, a. certain judgment entered of Record at his suit against the said John McIsaac, Joseph McIsaac. PeterCheveric and Fideliu-s Pocquet in or or about Hilary Term, A. D., 1856,for the sum el‘Four hundred and eighty-one. pounds debt, and the said sum of three pounds costs of suit, and execution on such judgment hath been moved for on behalf of the said Clementine. [june 18 WHEREAS a writ has been issued, directed to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the Acts in amend- ment thereof, whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the lands through which a. certain new road is intended to be made : Commencing on the road leading from Pisquid Bridge to GeorgetOWn Road. at the eastern end of the road leading from Burnt Hill to near Keefe’s Lake, in Lot 49, and from thence to Baldwin’s Road, in Lot 51. Now we do hereby give Public Notice, to all parties concerned, that we will commence the execution of said writ, by attending on the Pisquid Road. at the commencement of the said new line of road, on the 27th day of J ue next, at the hour of ten o’clock, in the forenoon, and from thence we will proceed along the said intended new line of road and complete the inquest according to law.
