After a six-hour session here which also dealt with a report that Ottawa Rough Riders were breaking conference regulations by offering bonuses to their players. the committee siiid the tenders are being called on a one-year or more basis a OTTAWA network could make an for as many years as it would like to have TV rights to the games. The successful bidder would also have an option on the TV rights to the Grey Cup game the East. The private CTV network has held the rights in the. East for the last two seasons.
