P. by Gua.rdian’s Special Wire) HALIFAX, April 30-A Govern- ment housing scheme, to be under- taken this year in an experimental way, was outlined before the Nova Scotia Legislature today by Premicr Angus L. Macdonald. More than $200,000 would bo spent in Halifax this year, the Premier said, and eventually the plan would become effective in other provincial cen- tres. It was formed with the object of bettering housing conditions throughout the province, the Pre- mier told the House as it consider- ed a supplementary estimate of $200,000 for the purpose. Adminis- tration would be under control oi s. commission. which would supervise incorporation of companies to erect buildings.
