One day of last week was ac- tually fixed for an attempt ; but the fear of Russian interference caused them to change their plans, and the conspirators say they must wait until the Russians go.” Sr. PererspurG, May 6. The Agence Russe has an article referring to statements in a St. Petersburg despatch tothe London Times of April 29th,. that among the concessions Russia should make are limitation of boundaries, the period of the occupation of Bulgaria, the substitution of an envoy for Russian Syndicate to con- sider claims of bondholders, as well as Rus- sian claims of indemnity, and retrocession of but a small slip of Bessarabia, inhabited by Russians. The Imperial Cabinet has shown that it is actuated by a conciliatory disposition, provided the object of the war is attained. Lonpon, May 6.
