Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of llcr Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of Charles Palmer, against Ilugh Fraser and James Currie, I have taken and seized as the property of the said defendants, all the right, title and leasehold interest of the said James Currie, in and to one hundred and seventy acres of land. situate on 'l‘oivnship No. 22. in Queen’s County; also all the right, title and leasehold interest of the said llugh Fraser, in and to titty-two acres of Land, situate on Township No. 21, in the said County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Thursday, the 23rd day of March, L65. at. the Court [louse in Charlottetown, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited properties, or a much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £55 3s. 8d., wrth interest on £42 from the 27th February,
