Large Docket Faces Magistrate At City Court
A large docket of cases faced Magistrate K.M. Martin at City Police Court yesterday morning.
A North River man. appearing on a charge of failing to stop at the scene of an accident, was released on bail of $100. The ac- cused will appear for sentence October 28th. He pleaded guilty to the charge. R.R. Bell, Q13. was defence counsel.

A Passmore Street man was handed a fine of $25 and costs or 20 days; a Campbell's Cove rest- dent was fined $20 and costs or 10 days and a Victoria Cross man was fined $15 and costs or 10 days.
A resident of Union Road was convicted on a charge of failing to stop at a red traffic light and was fined $10 and costs or five days.
