A native of Mount Mellick, near Pownal, Mr. Boswell was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Bos- well. He lived at Frenchfort, how- ever, for the past approximately 40 years. ‘

Mount Albion. The brothers ore: Lane Boswell at Mount Mel- ilck; Henry Boswell and Almon Boswell, both at Mnrshfield. An- other brother, Albert Boswell, died last, spring at Summerside. She is survived by her husband 21nd by seven sons and five dough- BPS.

The sons are: Levi J. Phillis, Halifax; Scott Philll , I-Iodgsvllge, Sask.; Wendall Phil ipe and Igo- nnrd Phillips, Charlottetown; and Charles Phllllgls, Albert Phillips and Layton hiilips, all of this community.

Another son, Sterling Plviilipa, Charlottetown, passed away about three years ago.

The daughters are: Mrs. George Jones, Regina; Mrs. George Hen- derson, Bedeque: Mrs. A. E. Wood- side, Summerslde; Mrs. Harold Stead, Brackley; and Mrs. George A. Home, Oyster Bed Bridge.

Fimerol services will be held Thursday afternoon from Herring- ton Presbyterian Church. Burial- wlil be in Sherwood Cemetery.
