The following By-Law will be strictly

enforced during the current season in the I Town of Souris:

BY—LAW NO. 2l SECTION II IAI During the period from December I

to April 30 (both dates inclusive in each year) no car. truck or motor vehicle shall be parked. stopped or left standing on any street within the town for a period longer than 30 minutes between the hours

of I2 P.M. and 8 A.M. Firemen. police and

doctors while on duty shall be exempt

from this by-Iaw. Any car. truck or other motor vehicle which shall be left on any

town street contrary to this by-Iaw. shall be towed away under the direction of any member of the Town Council or Peace Officer at owners risk and expense and I shall not be returned to the owner until ‘

all expenses has been paid.

SECTION II ICI

Any car. truck or other motor vehicle

which shall be parked stopped or left ’ standing on any portion of any town street in such a manner to interfere with snow removal shall be towed away at the own- ers risk and expense and shall not be re- turned to the owner until all expenses have been paid.
