The reallocation of' taxation fields to provide the Provinces and municipalities with more adequate revenue was emphasized last night by Mr. George I-lees, M.P., Toronto- Brosclview, national president of the Progressive Conservative As- sociation, following his arrival in Charlottetown by air from New- foundland. Mr. Hess, who is ac- companied by Mrs. Hoes, is on s Maritime tour and will leave for Nova Scotia on Monday.

Mr. I-lees has visited the Prov- ince on several occasions before and Mrs. I-lees as a young girl meat at least three summers at s Brackley Beach Hotel. Both of them were greatly impressed with the beauty of the Island from the sir.
