The many friends oi Mrs. Wil- liam Townshend were sorry to learn of her passing at her home on Monday afternoon, April 23rd. Mrs. Town-slhend was in her sev- enty-filfth year. She had been in comparative poor health through- out the winter, suffering from a heart ailment that finally was the calue of her death. She had spent the winter Kmonlths in Souris with her two daughters. Mrs. Percy White and Mrs. Roy Crockett. However, just a week before she died she returned to her home in Rollo Bay.

She leaves four daughters and seven sons, as well as one brother
