Crossman, James Crossman, Alexander Crossman, and Henry Crossman, in and to 90 acres of land. he the same a little more or less, situate at or near Cress- man’s Point, in Lot Ll‘ Township No. 17, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notlcc that I will, on Wednesday, the 20th day of June, 1866, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor's, set up and sell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being .135 14s lid, with interest thereon from the 16th July, l864, at the rate of 10 per cent per annum, and 16s 10d for said writ, besides Sheriff's fees and incidental expenses.

His Exccllency in Council, has been pleased to establish a Court for the Recovery of Small Debts at Township No. S, in Prince County, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the late Session of the General Assembly—intituled “An Act to authorise the establishment of an additional Small Debt Court in Prince County,”—and to appoint Arthur Ramsay, Donald C. Ramsay, and Samuel Kinlay, Esquircs, Commissioners thereof.
