I have levied the said writ on the above recited Town Lots, for the several amounts due thereon; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will set up and sell at the Court House in Charlotte- town, on Thursday the 6th day of December next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, the above recited Town Lots, to satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, against them, together with 16s 8d for the said writ, besides Sheriﬂ"s fees and incidental expenses.

1) Y virtue of a writ (,fl'ieri Facias to me directed, issued out of > ) Her Majesty's Supreme, Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert liennie, Administrator, with exemplilication of the Will annexed of all and singular the geods, chattels and credits, which were of hand Stuart Rennie, deceased, at the time of his death, against Charles Smith, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Charles Smith, All his list-ate, right, title and leasehold interest, in one moiety or half part of the following tract, situate on Lot or Township No. 23, in Queen‘s County, in the said Island and bounded as follows,viz: commencing at a stake fixed on the Eastern side of the Road leading from Charlottetown to New Glasgow, at the boundary of land tormerly occupied by William Hill, and extending Southwardly along said Road, eleven chains, and going back by parallel lines, North, Sixty-four degrees East, until it reaches the division line of the said Township, containing by estimation, sixty-six acres, be the same a little more or less; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on Tuesday the 27th day of February, 1866. at 12 o’clock; noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, set up and sell at public auction,the said proper- ty, or as much thereof as will satisly the levy marked on the said writ, being£29 195 8d, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expen- ses. ‘ Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Rennie, Administrator, with cxempliﬁcation of the Will annexed of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits, which were of David Stuart Rennie, deceased, at the time of his death, against William Barnard, I have taken and seized as the property of the said William Burnard, All his Estate, right, title and lease- hold interest, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of Land, situate on Lot or Township No. 23, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, and bounded as follows, viz: commencing at a stake fixed on the North-east side of the Princetown Road, in the South-east- ern line of John Winnieott’s laud, thence North, Forty-live degrees lln‘ast, Fifty-three chains and eight links, to rear line; thence South, elevon degrees East, twelve chains and ten links to Mac.
