The next Quarterly Meeting of the Pres- bytery was appointed to be held in Sum- merside on the first Wednesday of Novem- ber. It was further agreed to hold a Sab- bath School Convention on the afternoon and evening of that day. Rev. Mr. Mc- Kay was appointed the Convener of the Committee to make arrangements for the Convention.

Congregations which have not already done so, are enjoined to forward to Mr.

Gunn, Treasurer, their annual contribu- tions to meet travelling expenses of Dele- gates to the General Assembly.

Rev. Mr. Paradis was appointed to preach in Tignish, Montrose, and Mill River, for the month of August, and Mr. Malcolm Campbell in Clifton and Granville for the same month.

Rey. J. G. Cameron was appointed Treasurer of the Presbytery Fund.

The Presbytery adjourned, to meet in the basement of Zion Church on the 9th inst. at 2 o’cluck.
