In 1962° Joe moved to Halifax where he became trainer-driver for the Charlie - horses. His stable included such names as: Armbro~ Barney, Scot's Command, Slow Hope, Wee Marg, Wee, Bonnie Scott. Pixie Abbe, and two colts.
