The wedding music was play- -ed by Miss Maxine Harper, and ‘Corporal Molly Gregory, R.C.A.F station, Aylmer sang, ‘The Lord’s “Prayer” and “Because.”

Given in marriage by her un- ele, George C. Walker, the bride ‘wore a fitted suit of imported French material in Dior blue with blouson back. She wore white accessories, and carried a eas- eade of white roses and earna- tions.

Mrs. @. MacBraire Walker, St. Thomas, was matron of honor.

Natalie MacKinnon, Linda Smith, Gail Sheidow and Marilyn Smith.

The toast to the bride was pro- posed by Winston Smith. This was responded to by the groom. Com- plimentary remarks were made also by Rev. T.R. Goudge.

Among those present was Mr. Lionel Horne of Regina, cousin of the bride. .

‘During the wedding trip to Prince Edward Island a reception was held in honor of Flight Of- ficer and Mrs. Thurston at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. F.A. Richards, Cherry Valley, when upwards to sixty- five guests were served a buffet supper.

The dining room was tasteful- ty decorated with bouquets of yellow daffodils and the table was: centered with a three tier wedding cake surrounded with tulle caught in with small spring

flowers and flanked with yellow}:

candies. The bride looked charm- ing dressed in ice lace, and was

Roll call was answered by 14 members paying their annual fees. Minutes of last regular and land annual meetings were wead and. signed. Treasurer, Mrs. Joseph Ready, gave a very encouraging report of the years finances. Conveners handed in their reports to secretary for the past year.
