Slemon Park, was able to recover the money she lost near the Bus Stop in Sum- merslde last evening. Scallops Reported By Aiiierlon Boats

.The Alberton-owned draggers the Philni-is and the Albei-ton No. l presently dragging for scallops out of Miniincgssh harbour, both re- port. a good weight of scallops land- ed on Saturday but not as yet ap- proaching last year's daily average. The Al-berton No. 1 had about 8,000 pounds and the Phllaria slightly less. but they hope to double this amount. Some difficulty is being experienced in locating the bed which has apparently shifted from its position of last year or split up into smaller beds. New areas which show good promise have been found and indications are for a good season.

A number of lobster fisherman from West Prince are equipping their boats for scallop dragging which they plan to undertake at. the conclusion of the regular lob- ster season.
