'1 EALED TENDERS will be received at this Oﬁice, until 12 o’clock, noon, on SAT UADAY, the 30th day of DECEMBER, inst., from any person or persons being willing to contract to sup- ply PRINCE COUNTY JAIL, at St. Eleanor-’8, and KING’S COUNTY JAIL, at Georgetown, severally, from the lat day of January. 1806, to the 3lst December, 1866, inclusive, with the following articles, the same to be delivered at each Jail, respective- ly, at the cost of the contractor, and in such quantity or quantities as shall, from time to time, he demanded and required, viz;—

Hard and Soft Bread, MolaSSes, Oatmeal, Seal Oil and Card Wood.

All these articles are required to be of the best quality. The Wood to be {our feet long, and to be piled in the respective Jail Yards, six feet high, at the expense of the contractor, and consist of Black and Yellow Birch, Beech and Maple. No crooked or rotten wood will be taken.

Tenders must express the price per pound, gallon and Cord, in the currency of this Island. and be accompanied by the names of two sufﬁcient securities for the performance of the contract.

Payment to be made by Warrant on the Treasury. Tenders to express on the covers the Jail Service tendered for.
