The decket was composed of eleven civil and-one criminal case. A true bill was found against Allan G. MeLean for assault on an officer while in the discharge of his duty. McLean will be tried at the next session. Several appeals under the License Act were dismissed on account of infer mality in the summonses.

The Court closed the session late last evening, and the Judge and lawyers in attendance, returned to this City to-day.
