Morris’s mill—farm, in the north side of Rattcnbury’s mill road; and running thence by the magnetic meridian of the year 1764, west ﬁve chains and ﬁfty links; thence north to the south boundary line of 100 acres in the occupation of the said William Rattenbury; and thence along the same east, to the road aforesaid; thence along the said read westerly to the place of commencement; containing Fifty-ﬁve (55) acres of land, he the same more or less; together with all 'Grist Mills, Saw Mills, Carding and other Mills, Houses, Buildings, Waters, 'Watcrcourscs, Millstreams, Mill-priviliges, and appurten- ances whatsoever to the said two several described tracts or parcols of land belonging or appertaining.
