They said in a statement that the bureau's main func.ions will be to promote industrial develop- ment and tourist traffic and help bring more business to the re- gion.

They named a committee of men from each province to re- ceive applicallons for the posi- iion of agent-general in London and arrange to open an office. likely to be known as "Atlantic House."

The Premiers of Nova Scotia.l New Brunswick. Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland wound up a two-day conference, their third meeting in 15 months, by saying they had agreed'on all topics of discussion.

FARM CREDIT

"The Conference spent consid- erable time discusslng the prob- lem on Farm Credit. it was of the opinion that the Federal Gov? ernment should establish a re- vised and realistic program de signed to provide farmers of the Atlantic Region with adequate credit as part of a sound farm policy. The Premiers affirmed that the personnel and resources of the four Provincial Govern- ments would be available to assist any Federal agency in do- termlnlng how such a program can be of the greatest value to the region.
