Certain .liidenturc of Mortgage, hearing date the Eighth day of May, 1501, and made between Norman (lillis, of Lot or Township No. 'l‘weiity-thrce, farmer, of the one part, and Robert Rennie, of Charlottetown, 'l-Isrp, of the other part, and by a certain Deed of Assignment, hearing date the nineteen day of June, 1861, assigned and transferred to Thomas Cooke, of the lloyalty of Charlottetown, farmer.
