Whereas. at a meeting of the Creditors of the said In- solvent Debtor, held on the Twenty~lirst day of April, instant, after argument. it was ordered, that as the Schedules ofthe said Insolvent Debtor were insuflicient, he haVe leave. to amend the same; and that upon the Schedules. as amended, being'filcd, a meeting of the said creditors shall hereafter be called; and whereas the said Schedules, as amended, are now on file in the Records of this Honorable Court. I do order that a meet- ing of the said creditors be held on Saturday, the Thirty-first day of July next. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, aforesaid. at Eleven o’clock, a. m.. for the purposes of the said meeting, first above mentioned; and that this order be published in the Royal Gazette newspaper, for three months from the date hereof.
