Pelletier, aod Rev. Wa. McManus, assisted at the cere- monies. The solemn Reyuiem Masa was sung by the Very Rev. M. Egan, and an appropriate | sermon preached by the Rev. Mr.Gauvrean. During the beautiful sermon of Mr. Gauvreau and the touching addreas of the Bishop, the multitude could ae longer restrain their grief, and burst inte tears on being reminded of the edifying piety, auiable dispesition, constant charity and never- failing fidelity of their deceased Pastor, whose lifelews body, laid out in bis sacerdutal robes, they beheld for the last time.
