Tue Pictou Stardurd says that the newly established cattle quarantine is well located, and has abundance of good pastorage and water. Thére a'e about 65 head of cattle thereon —-a handsome lot, fat and sleek. The disease has manifeé-ted itself in some of the animals, and two are now sick—one of them a valuable thoroughbred. “Most of the owners of the cattle have given them up to the authorities, and they will be dried, fattened, and slaughtered in a month or two.
