Miss Margaret Birt, teacher at Head of Hillshoro; School. spon- sored and founded this lutltuto branch on May lath. 1932. Miss Elizabeth MacMilian, assistant supervisor of W.l. on P.EI.. or- ganized ihe Women's Institute branch in Head of Hlllsboro.
The officiating members were: president. Miss Hilda Douglas. now Mrs. Frank Jardlne: vice- president. Mrs. Lodge Birt and secretary. Miss Margaret Blrt.
The other. charter members were. Mrs. Elisha Douglas. Mrs. Calvin Cameron. Mrs. Urban Bambrick. Mrs. Gordon Douglu. Miss Alice Jardinle. Miss Fanny Coffin and Miss Etta Cameron. Miss Etta Cameron. now Mrs. Percy Robbins. was appointed sec- retary-treasurer at the first re- gular institute meeting held in June, 1932. at the school house.

Mr. Ralph Jenkins. president of the P.E.I. Fish and Ga As- sociation made an offic visit to the Southern -Kings Associa- tion at their regular meeting held at the Bison Restaurant. Mon-

Following the meeting a general discussion took place. Doughnuts and coffee were served.
