About sevcn o'ciocx Saturday morning A flash fire gutted 3 one- room building located off Alley street which was occupied by Mr. Jack Llnkletter. Mr. Llnkletter had commenced to light the fire to get his breakfast, and to give the fire A start he used what he thought was some kerosene but which turned out to be gasoline. There was an explosion and immediately the small building was a. mass of flames. He ran outside with his clothing on fire and later had to be treated at the hospital for burns on his legs. He was released immediately after the treatment. A neighbor put in a fire alarm and the Fire Department quenched the blaze before the building was destroyed but all the contents were lost. - S
