IIE Government of Prince Edward Island has given Notice that a light has recently been established on North Point- being the Northern extremity of that island. The light is afirerl white light. 80 feet above the sea, and visible in clear weather at a distance of about 14 miles. The tower stands in lat 47 dog. 3 min. 46 sec. N., long. 03 deg. 501nm. 9 sec.
