Fifty xeres in each Lot, with a good Frame Dwell- ing House on one, and a good Log House on the other, besides Barns and other necessary out Houses. Thése Farms are Leaseholds, at one shilling currency per acre—term of lease 999 years. One of the Lots is entirely cleared, about 30 acres of the other--both of which are in an excellent state of cultivation.
