I have levied the said writ on the above recited Town Lots, for the several amounts due thereon; and I do hereby give public notice, that I Will set up and sell at the Court House in Charlotte- town, on Thursday the 6th day of December next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, the above recited Town Lots, to satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, against them, together with 165 8d for the said writ, besides Sherid’s fees and incidental expenses.

Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Charles Palmer, against Peter Stewart, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Peter Stewart, All the right, title, and leasehold interest of the said Peter Stewart, in and to 100 acres of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Township No. 5‘2, indiing’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 19th day of October, 1866, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court [louse in Georgetown. set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being £31 193. 5d., currency, together with interest on £24, part thereof, from the 17th day of November, 1864, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and all incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Rennie, Administrator, with exomplification of the Will annexed of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits, which were of David Stuart Rennie, deceased, at the time of his death, against William Barnard, I have taken and seized as the property of the said William Burnard, All his Estate, right, title and lease- hold interest, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of Land, situate on Lot or Township No. 23, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, and bounded as follows, viz: commencing at a stake fixed on the North-east side of the Princetown Road, in the South-cast- ern line of John Winnicott’s land, thence North, Forty-five degrees East, Fifty-three chains and eight links, to rear line; thence South, eleven degrees East, twelve chains and ten links to Mac. Donald’s North-western line; thence along the same,South, Forty- five degrees West,'Forty-nine chains and seventy links to the said Road, and thence along the said Road to the place of commence- ment, containing by estimation 51g acres of Land, be the same a little more or less; and I do hereby give public notlce that I will, on Tuesday, the 27th day of February, 1866, at. 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, set up and sell at public auction the said property, or as much 't-hereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £24 33 8d, besides Sherilf’s fees and incidental expenses.
