The mortéage payments were easy enough for George orbes-—he had laid down $4,000 cash on a_ new home and signed a mortgage for -the remainder. a matter oi $5,000.

‘But, each time he signed a cheque to meet l payment. the disquieting thought came to him -— (Eould my» wife carry this along without me? ‘

A! time went on, the thought became almost an obsession with George Forbes.

A friend's advice. however. showed him the way oul and after investigation, he the]; out a North American Lite Policy for $5,000 to cover the mortgage.

Whether George Forhes' disturbing thoughts were really a premonition will never be known, but the facts are. that less than two years later, he contracted a fatal illness and died within a week. ' -
