-The regular meeting of the St. Marks A.Y.P.A. was held on March 28 in the church-.hall. Kensingtuu. The meeting opened with a hymn followed by prayers by Rev. Mr. lngraham and the lesson was then read by Beth Cameron. A hearty welcome was expressed by the chaplain to the St. Mary's A.Y.P.A. from Sum- merslde. who had been invited to the meeting to hear the third in a series of talks by F1 Hugh Christmas, Protestant pa e at R.C.A.F. Station, Summerslde. Due to the absence of the regu- lar secretary, Mrs. Ingham Cole. the minutes of the last meeting were read by acting secretary Marjorie Hall. A letter was read from the A.Y.P.A. president of the Diocese of Nova Scotla. It was agreed that ten cents be col- lected at the next meeting of the branch to pay the Diocesan Council fee. A collection was tak- en up by the treasurer and the roll call was answered by 17 members. The business meeting ended by a welcome to pal-do Christmas and his talk on the signs of the faith.

In hs address. FIL Christmas urged the members to look for the various symbols used in the churches and meditate on their meaning and significance. He spoke of the many outward signs of friendship used in daily life and of those used in the church, ending with the significance of the Cross and how to use the Lord's Prayer while meditating on the shape of the Cross. Games were enjoyed and lunch was served by those of the com- mittee. The remainder of the evening was spent in playing badminton and ping pong.
