The de- mand for frogs as an article of food inycities has increased so largely of late that the demestic supply has been found insufficient. A brisk trade In these amphibious animals has sprung up with Canada and large num- bers are being shipped across the border to American dealers. Under the provisions of the Nedaty of Washington, fish caught in Canajian waters have been admitted to th: United States free of duty.
