Also all the right, title and interest of John McAulay, in and to 60 acres of Land, :1 little more or less, situate on Township No. 53, with the buildings and appurtenances thereon. Also all the equitable interest of Donald McAulay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos. 212, 222, 2:14, 215, 246 and 303. in the Royalty of Georgetown, with the buildings and appurtenancos thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 18th day of February, 1863, at the Court House in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o‘clock noon, set up and sell at public auction the above recited property, or as much thereof as will Satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £4111) 125 6d debt, with interest thereon from the lst day of August, 1862., until paid, and £3 163 8d, costs. also 16s 8d for writ, besides She-ride
